With the Porch Protection Plan, users experiencing a theft are left with more than a video to share on social media. They are supported with loss coverage.

Our customer was on a tight budget. They wouldn't pay for a premium version of what they can get for free. But they might pay for true, added value.
By mapping out the journey of a package theft, we were able to find the holes in the experience where customers were lacking support.
